My review from the very short time I had with the Audi A4.
It’s now longer and wider than the previous one and also the C Class and 3-Series.It has better legroom in the backseat and more trunk space. According to Audi spokesperson, we’ll have the 1.8 TFSI available to Brunei market initially.
First impression, I love the aggressive front end and the daylight LED lighting, yellow is out, white is in. If car has sexes, this would be an Alpha Male. I’m impressed with the materials and finish in the cabin, very classy and one would feel more like in a high(er)-end car.
There are three basic modes of Drive Select; comfort, auto, and dynamic. This enables the driver to adjust the ride and handling of the car at the touch of a button, from luxury/soft(highway) to more sporty/responsive (overtaking). CC: The A4 definitely feels more responsive than the initial test car of another German marque.
Features that are worth mentioning: A blind-spot alert system, Bang & Olufsen audio system( superb if I may add), revised version of Audi’s MMI control interface and an effective front and rear parking sensors.
So is this car worth it? Hmm how do I say this, Audi hasn’t fixed a price yet and waiting for approval from EPU….but some of the cars are already reserved
. Audi will be officially launching the new A4 in 2009, I’m definite it’ll be a seller. If I was looking for a car at the moment, this would be IT. Audi Brunei, please feel free to send me a black or/& a red one.
