Lightroom Low contrast B&W + CS3 Gaussian Blur

Tested on Lightroom 2.1 Final but I would think it works on 2.2 or older vers.

I called it CatchChee Zero , what it does is, it gives your picture a punchy blue tinted B&W. As with all presets, sometimes it looks good without the need for additional tweaking, sometimes it needs just a bit of adjustment.  Enjoy and feel free to email me some pictures with the preset.  CatchChee@yahoo.com
